returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 221(FIN)

HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                           
221(FIN) An Act relating to negatively amortizing                              
loans secured by owner-occupied real property                                  
originated under a program approved or sponsored                               
by the state or federal government, including                                  
congressionally chartered national corporations.                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House
